The Randomized Response Technique and Large Sample Tests Concerning the Parameters of a Multinomial Distribution

Liu and Chow (1976) proposed a multi-proportions extension of Warner's (1965) randomized response technique. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the multi-proportions model and to suggest a statistical procedure, whereby one can test hypotheses concerning such proportions. A hypothetical example is also included for illustrative purposes.
