An Interactive Fortran Program to Compute Tukey's a Posteriori ComparisonsSouthern Illinois University School of Medicine The TUKEY FORTRAN program was designed to facilitate pairwise comparisons among means following a significant F ratio in an analysis of variance. Intended for use on CMS, the program has been written to allow the user to obtain Tukey's HSD statistic by entering information regarding the design and the analysis of variance results. Two variations of Tukey's test, the Tukey-Kramer test and the Games-Howell test, are available as alternatives for designs in which the assumptions of the HSD test are not met.
