The Effect of Variations in Answer Sheet Format on Performance on the Dat Clerical Speed and Accuracy Test

G. P. Hodgkinson

Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, U.K.

Form W of the Differential Aptitude Tests-Clerical Speed and Accuracy Test was administered to a group of one hundred college students using two different answer sheets, the Westinghouse Answer Sheet used during the standardization trials and a new version recently published in conjunction with the test. Each subject completed the test using one version of the answer sheet. It was found that the two versions yield comparable scores.
