Eval: A Fortran Program for the Evaluation of Selection Procedures

A FORTRAN 77 program is presented which performs analyses according to the Taylor-Russell paradigm. The program also estimates hoist effects and success rate effects. The concepts of hoist effect and success rate effect are explained.
