Estimation of Factor Scores Via FASCOR

The potential value of using factor scores as latent variables is discussed, and the mathematical procedure for estimating factor scores is reviewed. A computer program is described that estimates factor scores for a data set given the factor pattern matrix, the factor correlation matrix, and the variable correlation matrix. Sample input and output are presented.
